1.Built-in calibration data
There is no need for calibration, which is always required when measuring with a microscope.
Calibration data is built into the camera, so when it arrives, you can use it immediately by connecting it to a monitor.
2.Camera and lens are linked
Since the camera and lens are linked, just by changing the magnification of the lens, the calibration data will also change automatically.
You can perform measurement work without worrying about forgetting calibration or making calibration mistakes.

What is a Projector?

The shadow image projected with transmitted illumination is projected on a large screen, and the shadow of the object is measured by the amount of movement of the attached XY stage.
Display a cross line on the screen, place the target measurement point on the cross line, and move the XY stage to measure.
The dimensions are determined by looking at the amount of movement of the XY table, so the accuracy of the XY stage is the measurement accuracy.

(1) Display crosslines or similar markers on the screen. Align one end face (starting point) of the object to be measured with the crosslines.

(2) Reset the stage to zero

(3) Move the stage until the crosslines align with the measurement’s endpoint, and the reading on the micrometer at this point becomes the measurement value.
