When observing at ultra-high magnification (over 1000x), the edge of the observed object is inevitably blurred due to aberration. Aberration occurs due to the performance of the lens. Aberration can be suppressed to some extent by lens choice. Quan sát ở độ phóng đại cực cao

Khi quan sát ở độ phóng đại siêu cao (trên 1000 lần), phần cạnh của vật thể quan sát không tránh khỏi bị mờ do ảnh hưởng của quang sai. Quang sai là một trong những hiệu suất của ống kính. Quang sai có thể được ngăn chặn ở một mức độ nào đó bằng cách chọn ống kính. Tuy nhiên nó cũng ảnh hưởng rất nhiều đến giá thành sản phẩm nên tùy đối tượng cần quan sát mà sử dụng các loại thấu kính khác nhau.

超高倍率での観察

超高倍率観察（1000倍超え）をする場合には、収差の影響でどうしても観察物のエッジがぼけてきます。収差はレンズの性能の１つです。
レンズを選択することで、ある程度収差を押さえることができます。但し、商品価格にも大きく影響しますので、観察物に応じてレンズの使いわけが必要かと思います。

弊社では、
（１）汎用の超高倍率レンズと、
（２）極限まで性能を上げた、高性能の超高倍率レンズを
ご用意しております。

シリコンウエハー上のパターンを2つのレンズで1200倍で観察いたしました。

汎用レンズでは1μmピッチの対象物はエッジが膨らみ、
一体化したように見えてしまいます。

●使い分けの基準
1μmの対象物が接近することなく存在していれば、汎用レンズでも有無確認や位置確認ができます。
異物チェック、パターンの有無などでご使用いただけると思います。
