Screw diameter is exactly the same for C mount and CS mount.
It only differs from the back flange (the distance from the end of the lens to the image sensor).
CS mount is shorter by 5 mm.
Depending on the camera, 5 mm thick ring (C mount ring) may be attached to the tip to make C mount.
Therefore, if you remove C mount ring, it becomes CS mount.

Đường kính ngàm C-Mount và CS-Mount đều hoàn toàn như nhau.
Chỉ khác nhau về Flange back (khoảng cách từ thấu kính cho đến cảm biến )
CS-Mount sẽ ngắn hơn 5mm.
Tùy theo camera mà có khi có gắn vòng 5mm ( vòng C-mount) để làm C-Mount.
Như vậy thì nếu tháo vòng C-Mount ra thì sẽ trở thành CS-Mount.

CSマウントの方が5mm短くなります。
カメラによっては、先端に5mm厚のリング（Cマウントリング）をとりつけてCマウントにしている場合があります。
この場合、Cマウントリングを外せばCSマウントとなります。
